I don’t play favorites with venues, I promise. But I CAN NOT EVEN with how stunning this space is for an intimate wedding . The Barn at Riverbend is an unexpected hidden gem for Kansas City couples. It sits on 20 acres of rolling landscapes, with countless trees and a clear view of the night sky that you can only get in the outskirts of the city. The white barn is as picture-perfect as they come, with all the modern amenities you could hope for, and the open-air veranda just off the barn overlooks the river. We are obsessed with their silo bar, and can totally see some fun wedding reception games taking place on their large outdoor patio. The venue estate is comprised of Rivers Barn (coming soon!), The Clubhouse, The Lodge, the Annex, The Farmhouse, and The Honeymoon Suite. Rivers Barn will have the rustic feel of a vintage barn, but with the modern design and features you’ll be looking for in a barn wedding. The barn will be an open concept style, with floor to ceiling windows, 22 ft statement doors, and a lookout balcony, with outdoor entertaining spaces and patios. The barn should be complete in early 2021!

Y’all, I drive by this place almost every day and think “My lanta, how stunning!” Lone Summit Ranch has been around since the early 1900s and sits on 128 acres of gorgeous farmland, which also houses many historical buildings and barns. It features both indoor and outdoor wedding spaces, a beautiful patio that overlooks a 15-acre lake, a large reception hall with a gorgeous fireplace, cottages for overnight accommodations, breathtaking green space for endless photo opportunities, a mini-golf course, and a playground for the youngun’s. The Farms at Woodend Springs

The Pearl at Crawford Farm
